Carey Real Estate (CRE) was incorporated in 1983 as a sole proprietorship. As our clientele and services expanded, Carey Real Estate grew into a partnership. Today, we are a private limited company with a total of 4 partners / shareholders across 3 offices (KL, Penang & Kota Kinabalu). Carey Real Estate is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia which comes under the purview of the Ministry of Finance Malaysia.
We continue to offer our institutional clients and individual property investors a personalized service that is customized to their respective financial goals. Our team of experienced salespersons, deliver factual and practical real estate investment solutions to maximize profits whilst minimizing risks. This has earned us a level of trust from many noteworthy investors who continue to invest with us today.
